Response to Tori

Tori, I like they way you mention how the students are comfortable in the classroom and trust the teacher. My classroom has the same demeanor about it and it definitely increases the community amongst the students and between the teacher and students. Trust is an important factor in any relationship and being in your comfort zone goes hand and hand with that. Know who you can go to with problems is important but also knowing who you can go to for praises and questions is just as important.
